Who you are buying from
AuraDrive Tech L.L.C-FZ is registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai. We sell one product — the LYNX Guardian 360 — to drivers in the United States, and every order ships from our US warehouse.
We say that plainly because a lot of stores in this category do not. A US-sounding brand name with no company behind it is common enough in dash cams that it is worth knowing who is on the other end before you spend $199.90 — and worth knowing who answers the email if the camera fails in month nine.
The UAE is also where the product gets its hardest test. A windshield in Dubai in August is one of the more hostile places you can ask a camera to live: direct sun, no shade, and cabin temperatures that ruin consumer electronics built around a lithium battery. That is a harder thermal test than most US climates will apply.
Selling one product is a deliberate choice. Knowing one camera completely — what it does badly as well as what it does well — is worth more to a buyer than a catalogue nobody can answer questions about.

Where a figure comes from the manufacturer rather than our own testing, we say so. The temperature range is a manufacturer rating. The parked-car temperatures are from a 2018 Arizona State and UC San Diego study published in the journal Temperature, measuring six vehicles over one hour in Tempe, Arizona — they describe the environment a camera sits in, not this camera's performance. Field of view figures are diagonal, which is the industry convention and worth treating as a lens number rather than a measurement — on any camera, ours included. Footage shown on this site was captured on UAE highways — tested at temperatures exceeding 120°F.

18-Month Platinum Guardian Protection
Hardware failure in normal use is covered for 18 months from the day you receive it. A failed unit is replaced, not repaired. Accidental damage, water damage and worn memory cards are not covered.

Email first and we confirm the return and where to send it. Returns are free and there is no restocking fee — send it tracked, keep the receipt, and the postage is refunded with your refund. The camera just needs to come back complete.

We reply within one business day. Orders ship from our US warehouse, so delivery is domestic even though the company is not.
